Refund Policy

You can cancel your SiteShift subscription at any time from your account page; your license remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payments are collected.

If something went wrong with a charge — a double payment, a renewal you didn’t expect, or the app doesn’t work for you — e-mail info.lennartderidder@gmail.com within 14 days of the payment and we’ll sort it out.

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on the initial purchase, counted from the day of purchase.
