Terms of Service

These terms apply to the SiteShift desktop application and the siteshift licensing service.

License

A SiteShift Pro subscription grants one person a license to use the app on their own machines. License keys are personal and may not be shared or resold. Enterprise/team licensing is available on request.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or yearly) via Mollie until cancelled. Prices are listed excluding 21% VAT; VAT is added at checkout where applicable. You can cancel anytime from your account — your license stays active until the end of the paid period.

Warranty & liability

SiteShift is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for data loss on your local machines or remote servers — keep backups, especially before pushing or pulling sites.
