Refund Policy

Not happy with SiteShift? Email lennart@develokey.com within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund the full amount.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Your license stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payments are collected.

If something went wrong with a charge (a double payment, a renewal you didn’t expect, or the app doesn’t work for you), email lennart@develokey.com within 14 days of the payment and we’ll sort it out.

As an EU consumer you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on the initial purchase, counted from the day of purchase.
